What get in. does
get in. is a simple tool for organising casual sports games. It helps an organiser share details and lets players respond. We are not the organiser, venue, coach, sports provider, payment provider or a party to any game arranged through the service.
Who we are

Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to create a game. Players under 18 should only respond with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Organisers and players
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of game details, venue and booking arrangements, any fees they set, and communications with their group. Organisers must only use players' information to run the game, and must not share it or misuse it. Players are responsible for their own response, payment arrangements, health, equipment, travel and conduct. Everyone should use sensible judgement about whether a game and venue are suitable and safe for them.
Payments and disputes
Payments are arranged directly between the organiser and player, outside get in. We do not create, process, hold, confirm or guarantee payments. Payment instructions are available only after a player records an IN response. Payment statuses such as “Paid”, “Says paid”, “Cash due” and “Payment due” are records kept by organisers and players. We do not verify them. Where an organiser shares a third-party payment link, that provider's terms and any fees apply. Refunds, cancellations, no-shows and payment disputes are between the player and organiser, or the payment provider.
Safety and liability
Sport carries risks. We do not inspect venues, verify people or supervise games. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, damage, missed games, inaccurate information or disputes arising from a game or arrangement between users. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited, and it does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Use the service fairly
Do not use get in. for unlawful, harmful, misleading or fraudulent activity. Do not harass people, impersonate someone else, spam groups, upload material you do not have the right to share, or misuse another person's information. To report a problem or a game that breaks these rules, email support@getinplay.co.uk. We may restrict or remove access or content when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.
Availability and changes
get in. is new and still evolving. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn, and the service may not always be available or error-free. We may update these terms by publishing a new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use your local courts.
